The Melodio Endowment Fund supports people with disabilities who, despite adversity, want to work on themselves and develop their life attitudes, careers, and quality relationships. To help them achieve this, Melodio provides professional coaches and lecturers.
This year's Christmas concert is subtitled Family Christmas. After all, this subtitle suggests itself! The Claireton Chorale was revived after the pandemic by choir members who sang in it as young children and are now mothers. And so both young and old attend the choir, sometimes entire families. It is admirable how the choir director Světlana Tvrzická manages to work even with the youngest members. And how she is able to draw a magnificent tone from the entire choir ensemble.
The theme was chosen for yet another reason. When else than at Christmas should we say kind words? When else than at Christmas should we forgive old grudges? When else than at Christmas should we contemplate the sincerity and humanity of our intentions?
Come and immerse yourself with us in all these feelings and tender tones. As is tradition, you can look forward to Kateřina Morozová, a singer and lover of musical theatre songs, who will perform her song Christmas Miracle. And together with the talented Anna Amelia and Shimona, the singing lawyer, they will launch into the song Christmas Wish by our patron Jana Rychterová.😊
